Custody battle.... John is awesome

John is very knowledgeable and helpful. Any time of day he was there with any question or concern I had, with an answer to them all. I’ve been going through a bad custody battle that just seemed to get worse and worse. John got me my girls for week on, week off instead of 2 days. He taught me technique right before court to help keep me calm and positive and continued to keep me calm through out the hearing. Which we know is a must. Him and his team are awesome. John Buchmiller and Assoc. If you need an amazing attorney and results then he is the one.

Get’s the job done

We hired John Holiday for a visitation battle with my ex wife. He listened to our concerns in regards to how I felt father’s get no real rights. I already had a court order to see my daughter over the summer for 6 weeks but last minute my ex decided she didn’t want to let her come. She wanted me to go from 6 weeks to 2 weeks. She always changes order for no real reason and got away with it until now. I am overjoyed to finally get to see my daughter and so glad we hired this attorney. He still is continuing to work with us to make sure I get my attorney fees back and money refunded to go towards airfare that we won in court! We will use him again for any further issues. I appreciate how fast and efficient he is. Thank you for helping dad’s, because everyone knows Nevada is a mom favoring state. Me and my wife were worried in beginning to be honest as it’s been a nightmare from day one. Thank you again for all your hard work! Best decision we made was hiring attorney! If you have a custody battle or have a record, he will help you. All kids need there dad.

Terrible lawyer

Helped my child custody & support case in the very beginning but in the middle he turned into a monster! I was ignored constantly and he refused to complete preparation for trial after having me sign a fee agreement for it. He did not have my best interests at all in the end and while I did not agree, he applied extreme pressure for me to settle instead of him just backing out of my case.

Terrible choice!

Hired john for my custody trial and he literally didnt take time to prepare for it. Refused to file and motions. Didnt show up twice for our meetings. I had to file a grievance with the state bar. Fired him and he refuses to give me my files! This person wont even file his motion to withdraw as council even after the judge ordered him too...didnt do anything but hurt my case...
