From the moment i contacted Garima i felt at ease. I had a very complex case as i explained at our intial meeting. She fully believed in me and that the case was something we could conquer. Every step of the way she was a phone call or email away. She valued my opinion all the time. She has the heart... and drive of none other. Garima is my 2nd attorney to handle my child custody issues. I did not feel confident with my previous lawyer and felt like my case was going in circles. Child custody issues are tough and very stressful, when you hire an attorney, you want to be confident and feel that they can help you though this ...difficult ordeal, Garima and her office did just as that. Garima is very honest- she will explain to you all possible things that could happen in different scenarios, very professional and straightforward, and she is also patient with explaining the process, as I freak out in the moment. She is easily approachable with phone calls and email unlike others where they don't get back to you until days later- this is very important as court matters are time sensitive. I was also living out of state, never met her- phone and email only and she made it so easy to communicate with her. If you want to "annihilate" the other party- hire her!!

I had three other consultations prior to calling Radford Smith's office. I was hesitant to hire any of those attorneys as they did not believe that they could achieve my primary objectives from the end result of my divorce. I was very frustrated that I paid for two of the consultations and did not ...hire them based on their lack of confidence with my case. From our very first conversation, Garima was compassionate, precise, and confident that she could achieve all my primary objectives. During our actual consultation, Garima clearly described how she anticipated my case would unfold in court and she was correct on every expectation she set forth in that consultation, by the time my case was settled 8 months later. Garima was such an amazing attorney, she anticipated what opposing counsel would seek from me and we were prepared even prior to them requesting the information from me. She showed far more superior signs of intelligence and competence with the laws in Nevada then opposing counsel and it was very apparent in the professional yet eloquent emails she sent to opposing counsel. Garima kept me in the loop by forwarding all emails to and from opposing counsel and I know for a fact that my x-wife's attorney did not do the same, as it was his objective to keep her out of the loop and confused so he could keep the money rolling in. Garima is straight forward, honest, highly intelligent, and compassionate about what she does and I would highly recommend you to hire her if you want precision in obtaining all your needs from a divorce settlement. In my opinion, a divorce case is never truly settled when there are children involved as there may be future court dates, but I will not be hiring any other attorney in Las Vegas as Garima is the best!
