Saw positive reviews from years before, but I am not sure what changed her in 2023. I went in for divorce representation, she did not even get to my hearing and charged me $26,000 to write a child share plan and for 2 video appearances. Total time I spent on the phone was 2.5 hours and she placed my... house on lien. I feel seeing my assets made her greedy to use me instead of help me. She did lacked competence and found ways to delay my case to make money. She Charges $315 to $1100 per email with one sentence to 1 paragraph. Disappointed with such dishonesty from the group and the lawyer. She billed over $16,000 for talking and sending emails to people without my consent. I had to go get another lawyer. In total, she charged 4 times the regular amount for the poor work she did.

I hired Garima Varshney for representing me in court with my custody and child support. Im very glad I choose to go with her because she is very professional in and out of court. Child custody issues are tough and very stressful, when you hire an attorney, you want to be confident and feel that they can help you though this ...difficult ordeal, Garima and her office did just as that. Garima is very honest- she will explain to you all possible things that could happen in different scenarios, very professional and straightforward, and she is also patient with explaining the process, as I freak out in the moment. She is easily approachable with phone calls and email unlike others where they don't get back to you until days later- this is very important as court matters are time sensitive. I was also living out of state, never met her- phone and email only and she made it so easy to communicate with her. If you want to "annihilate" the other party- hire her!!
