Garima Jain (Varshney) and her partner Radford Smith are wonderful, genuinely caring people, and they provided unmatched legal counsel on my behalf as the plaintiff in my divorce. Garima and Radford were extremely accommodating and made sure that opposing counsel was respectful of my medical challenges. Garima and Radford were deliberate in dealing with opposing counsel, without being provocative, and used their well tuned legal expertise to bring about a settlement, avoiding the expense of trial preparation and a trial. I can think of many opportunities where Garima and Radford could have taken a path that would have increased their billable hours, but instead, the path they chose prioritized what was best for me to achieve a swift and fair outcome. I estimate my costs would have been double what they were if we would have had to go to trial instead of a pre-trial settlement. I think that it’s typical for both parties to feel like a divorce settlement is unfair, but I felt like I got a more fair settlement than my ex. Saw positive reviews from years before, but I am not sure what changed her in 2023. I went in for divorce representation, she did not even get to my hearing and charged me $26,000 to write a child share plan and for 2 video appearances. Total time I spent on the phone was 2.5 hours and she placed my... house on lien. I feel seeing my assets made her greedy to use me instead of help me. She did lacked competence and found ways to delay my case to make money. She Charges $315 to $1100 per email with one sentence to 1 paragraph. Disappointed with such dishonesty from the group and the lawyer. She billed over $16,000 for talking and sending emails to people without my consent. I had to go get another lawyer. In total, she charged 4 times the regular amount for the poor work she did.

I would like to write a strong recommendation for Garima Varshney who along with Radford Smith represents the Family Law Firm in Las Vegas/Henderson. I got to know both of them in 2013, when my bitter, painful and dragging for almost 3 years divorce had started. They were recommended by a friend a...nd choosing them was the best decision I have made in my life. Their profound knowledge of family law, professionalism and deep understanding of psychology of the opposite party during multiple court hearings helped me win my case over and over again and that included alimony, real estate division/sale and guidance in child support. While I attempted to settle the divorce, my blood thirsty ex-spouse was set on destroying me financially and psychologically with growing financial demands, false statements and complete refusal to cooperate. Not to mention that I was taken to court by my ex in another state in attempt to reopen the already finalized divorce after 2 years from the original Nevada court’s decision. Garima and Radford prepared the line of defense with the appropriate legal sections and that cooperation with my attorney from the other state led to my complete victory in that court as well. The background for all the legal battles fought in court was always immaculately prepared and deeply analyzed by Garima, whom I can’t praise enough for brilliant ideas and spelling final drafts and letters to court and opposite parties. Needless to say this is the best lawyer’s duo one can imagine and find. I hope that I would not need their help again but I would recommend both of them to anyone whose financial/emotional being as a result of a divorce is at stake. They are both wonderful and worth all the money!!!!
