I came to Radford’s office after a very unfortunate experience with another attorney. Divorce is never an easy process but thankfully I was connected to Kimberly. My divorce was very long and uncomfortable. Kim guided me through the entire ordeal. She is fair, informative, honest, thorough and the li...st goes on. She/the office tried to keep my fees at a minimum, even though my ex tried to cause constant need for excessive fees. We ended up in mediation and Kimberly “held my hand” through that arduous situation as well. Luckily, I will never need her services again. I highly recommend Kimberly to anyone who, unfortunately, goes through divorce. The whole office staff is great too.

I hired Kim through Radford Smith's office to clear up custody violations and help through a domestic violence case. Due to being an emergency circumstance, I was told upfront that my case would be handled quickly (within 1-2 weeks) but ultimately took nearly 2 months before Kim had the documents to...gether and presented my case. If you hire her, be prepared for a lot of apologies (sick, vacation, busy). She is young and will be a good attorney one day, but she needs to understand the emotional nature of family law, improve communication and meet stated deadlines.

I am very glad I have Ms. Medina working on my custody issues. She has been prompt in responding to me, and very insightful when providing feedback through out this process. I would highly recommend her if trying to resolve custody issues - she is knowledgeable about the law, and very straightforward....
