Andre M. Lagomarsino

Having been born and raised in Las Vegas, Mr. Lagomarsino has represented individuals and businesses in Nevada since 1998. After learning the practice of law during the first 5 years of his legal career with the law firm Campbell and Williams, Mr. Lagomarsino formed Lagomarsino Law Office in January 2003. Nearly 4 years later, he joined forces with the esteemed Boston law firm, Parker Scheer, to provide premium representation in Las Vegas to individuals and busi- ness who reside both in and out of Nevada. Mr. Lagomarsino credits the success and growth of the Las Vegas office to the team of attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and investigators that works relentlessly on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. Lagomarsino is licensed in the State of Nevada, the United States District Court (District Court of Nevada), and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He currently represents individuals and businesses in lawsuits involving serious personal injury, contractual matters, employment matters and wrongful death cases involving egregious violations of civil rights by law enforcement. Several of Mr. Lagomarsino’s cases have garnered extensive local and national media attention. One of his wrongful death civil rights cases set a record for a settlement against the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department that still stands today.
