Horrible Attorney
This law firm and their colleagues are very unprofessional, lie, manipulate and fabricate information. They illegally hold settlement checks and fabricate stories.

Long, protracted case handled deftly
I was a third party in a motor accident.Being in that position, made this a long protracted battle, in order to get all parties to cooperate. Justin Smerber never wavered in his attempt to get me a very good settlement at the end and it was worth waiting for. His advice was sound and it paid off.

Awesome lawyer
Justin was always on time did what he needed to, to get me the best deal possible. I know my case was messed up and he has to jump they hoops to get me the deal that he did but he jumped when he needed to and now I have a great life! Thank you Justin!
