Biography
I am a third-generation native Arizonan. I'm a member of all state and federal courts in the State of Arizona, as well as the United States Supreme Court. I limit my practice to criminal defense. I am a founding and former board member of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice and a member of National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. I have previously served on the Criminal Rules Committee of the Arizona State Bar. I have lectured throughout the state on numerous criminal defense topics.
I am heavily involved my children's soccer, hockey and track teams as a coach and board member. In my off time, I am a triathlete, competing in races all over the Southwest.
