Disrespectful

Ms. Haralambie was arrogant and disrespectful from day one. I was not an ideal client (i.e., I was losing), but she treated me with disdain and clear dislike from the start of our four-month-long relationship. She is not a champion of children's rights. She claims to have Christian values in a court ...system that has anything but. She was expensive, and in my experience abusive towards the client she was hired to represent.

I do not recognize this person as a client, but if this is a real client, I am very sorry about his or her perceived experience. It is certainly not the way I try to practice law or treat my clients, ideal or otherwise.

We could not have picked a better attorney for a dependency case

Ann has been not only a great attorney but a very caring and compassionate person.Unfortunatley we had to hire her for a child dependency case. She was referred to us by Mito Action and was the only Az attorney that was recommended by them. You can not put a price on what Ann has done for us.All other...s said that no one gets their kid back at a temporary custody hearing.Ann even said that it was extremely hard but her 40 plus years experience in family law brought our daughter home.Ann is beyond brilliant in the court room. She is not only aggressive but but very well spoken.I have had to to hire other attorneys in the past for different circumstances and i have never felt more confident with a attorney then we did with Ann.She is very straight forward and honest. There was no false promises she told us the way it was and what to expect. She has done everything that she told us that she would do when we hired her plus some.Mrs. Haralambie is a very compassionate caring person. With a case like ours one can not put a price on a great Attorney. We will be forever in debt to Mrs.haralambie. If you are in a situation to where you need a dependency lawyer, don't waste time on shopping around and in our eyes and Mito Action's Ann Haralambie is the only one in this state that you wanna hire. She is in Tucson and we are in Phoenix so we had a lot of travel time.If we had to do it all over again we would use Ann again without a doubt. Her 40 plus years in family law you just can't put a price on.Especially when you are fighting for your child.

Great and Caring Advocate

Ann is no-nonsense and tough - exactly what I needed against my ex. Ann listened to all aspects of the situation and advocated strongly for me. I was happy with the results and would recommend her to anyone with family issues. She is an excellent child advocate and that worked very well for me and my... daughter. Thank you Ann.

Experienced, strong advocate who came through for me

My ex wrongly accused me of being an unfit parent in an attempt to take my child out state to be with his girlfriend. Ann fought for me and I was able to obtain without going to trial an arrangement that was more than fair to me and more than what I had even expected I could get-joint custody includi...ng parenting time 5 days a week. The divorce worked out exactly as I wanted. I am so grateful for the work Ann did for me during this extremely difficult time.

Absolutely Brilliant!

After one consultation with Ms Haralambie, it was obvious she had the expertise and experience to handle a very difficult and sensitive custody situation that needed immediate intervention. She was sharp and amazing, knew exactly what to do, and brilliantly delivered. I am so grateful that her guidan...ce was there, things worked out beautifully in the end. Most importantly, there were sensible measures immediately put in place that beautifully served my child’s best interests above all. Ann is an expert in this field and I recommend her whole heartily to anyone that is involved in a custody situation. She is nationally renowned for her work in the field and after working with her, it is easy to understand why she is considered to be one of the best in the nation.

"Ann "wrote the book" on representing children, in every sense of that phrase. She has a great combination of high ideals, tough-minded practicality, and compassion. I know her from her work as a pioneer of child representation, primarily from working with her on the ABA Standards that became a Uniform Act on that subject, and from the ABA child custody committee and other ABA projects."
