I hired Mr. Mendoza to represent me in a Contempt of Decree matter. We met frequently to discuss the upcoming court case and his office was timely in getting information they received from the other attorney to me.

In court, Mr. Mendoza was direct, to the point, and did not waiver from the action plan we had established. The outcome of the trial couldn't have been better. Not only did I get the judgement I had hoped for but was also awarded attorney's fees and costs!!

I would definitely hire Mr. Mendoza again!

I hired him for my divorce. Both he and his paralegal Liz made mistakes in handling my case. This caused me a lot of pain and frustration as well as money to hire another attorney to correct. I paid the Mendoza Law Offices thousands but I was very disappointed in their failure to help correct their mistakes. In my experience they suffer from too much pride and not enough compassion or knowledge to handle a simple case. I strongly suggest you find someone more ethical and with better knowledge.

Joseph means well but isn't very sharp in the courtroom and visibly gets upset with the judge when overruled. That doesn't help me, the client, very much. I get the sense that he isn't liked much by anyone who works day to day in the courtroom which doesn't give a warm fuzzy. He was given multiple opportunities to cross examine witnesses that had conflicting information that I pointed out over several days' trial and he didn't address any of them when given the chance. I feel like he was very good at paperwork but his court room skills were certainly not impressive. I was hoping he would be quicker on his feet. He's much more expensive than he lets on, too. He waits until 2 days before court and asks for more money each time. That's kind of a bummer when you're desperate for action on his part.
