Joseph N Mendoza

Mr Mendoza was a completely neglectful attorney who tarnishes the profession. I hired him to represent me in a divorce case against an abusive spouse. Not only did he advise me to drop my protective order as, "it will make you appear more cooperative in the future, but if you keep it, it looks bad an...d you may not get what you're asking for," when I brought it up later, he yelled, "I got it for you!" I had to remind him he told me to drop it. He didn't bring evidence up in hearings, at one point charging me $1500 for a private investigator and never presenting the findings in the hearing, which were integral to my case. He left the firm to start his own firm in the middle of my case, demanding a new $7k retainer to continue representing me. I couldn't afford it, and not only was my case dismissed, but I was ordered to pay my ex-spouse's attorney's fees. This man is a disgrace.

Mr. Mendoza handled my divorce and was very understanding of my situation and worked with me and very helpful with me to understand the law on divorce 8n Az. He was very patient with my families concerns and questions as well. He is definitely one of the best lawyers in field of practice and hard ...to say this but an honest lawyer and never said what I wanted to hear. And his office personal were very helpful and professional. They made sure that all the legal paperwork and anything pertaining to my divorce was always on time and double for my mama could stay up to date as well. Joseph has also represented my friends that I recommended to attain his services.

If there was one thing we needed in the midst of our situation it was to know that someone would be on our side, no matter what. After meeting with and hiring Mr. Mendoza for a family matter, there was never a moment that I doubted his ability to handle the situation and his loyalty to us.
