Carlie M. Owsley

Carlie has been my attorney for over three years. Together we fought hard and many times with many issues. She was dedicated toward my children and myself and never gave up even with push back from trials. Finally, this year all that work has paid off and with the time, effort and passion we are livi...ng the life my kids and I deserve. There is nothing that would allow me to give her the proper thank you. She will forever be in my families heart.

Carlie was recommended through a friend of mine that had been going through the same situation that I was currently going through. After consulting with her staff, I just had to have them on my side. Without hesitation they took on my case head-strong and had worked very hard to succeed in this case.... After meeting the phenomenal and infamous Carlie, I just knew I had made the right choice with having her as my attorney and her staff. They work around the clock and get everything done in a timely and professional matter. They keep all open communication with you and make sure to be there 100%. Coming from first hand and dealing with court, it wasn't an easy task and nor one that I would ever wish upon anyone. No matter how hard times may have been, Carlie and her staff made sure to let you know they are fighting for you and are on your side; and, they were right. Words can't begin to express my gratitude for Carlie and her staff, they are amazing and so wonderful. Even when I would go into her office with my daughter, the staff was always welcoming and were always wanting to make sure to keep my daughter and I comfortable and always made sure to talk with my daughter and make us feel like family. All I can say is, they have a friend for life and I give Carlie and her staff a 5 star rating and if ever this were to happen again (which I pray it doesn't) Carlie would be the first attorney and person that I contact. Wonderful and very professional staff and attorney. You will not be sorry once you hire on Carlie and her staff. My greatest gratitude and thanks to them all for their hard work and time in this case.

I'm not one that usually writes a review but my recent experience with Carlie was my second one and I couldn't think of a better person to represent me in my contempt case against my ex. When I consulted and presented her with my case, she took it without hesitation and began working on it immediate...ly. She showed compassion considering the extreme sensitivity of my case, not once letting her emotions interfere with her professionalism. The support her and her entire staff showed, made a very difficult time as easy as possible always giving positive encouragement. I would not hesitate to retain Carlie's services in the future if the need arises nor would I hesitate to recommend her.

My husband and I hired Carlie to help us obtain more parenting time with our children. Carlie worked tirelessly to help make this happen. Over months of hearings, depositions and more issues than I can count, Carlie treated our case as though she were fighting for her own children. During the final ...hearing, we were amazed that she knew every detail of the case, never missing a beat in questioning and making our case. We haven't received the final ruling yet, but whatever it is, we know we could not possible have had better representation.

When going through a child custody/visitation battle - emotions run high and confusion even more so. The Owsley team was understanding and able to explain clearly and walk us through all the necessary steps in our case. They were diligent in providing excellent service and advised us on items we coul...d complete ourselves to save money. They are definitely worth hiring and broke my thoughts that all lawyers are out for the money. They truly care about their clients and cases and treated us like we were family. We will definitely be working with them again, if needed.
