Review for Attorney Matthew Steven Schultz

I had the privilege of being represented by Attorney Matthew Steven Schultz during one of the most challenging periods of my life — a difficult custody case that meant everything to me. From the very beginning, Mr. Schultz showed an extraordinary level of professionalism, preparation, and dedication.... He guided me through each step with confidence and clarity, always sharp, always strategic, and always fighting for what was fair and just. What truly stood out was his commitment to fathers and his no-nonsense, results-driven approach. There was never any fluff or wasted time — just skill, precision, and focus. Thanks to his representation, I achieved my first major court victory and saw firsthand the difference a disciplined, capable attorney can make. Even after our case ended, his example continued to inspire me. When I later had to represent myself, I drew on what I had learned from him — how he carried himself before the court, how he spoke, and how he stayed composed under pressure. His professionalism became a model for my own growth. Matthew Schultz is worth every penny. He is a rare kind of lawyer — sharp, diligent, and truly devoted to helping fathers protect their rights. I give him my highest recommendation without hesitation.

Consultation nightmare

So I went in for a consultation with Matt Schultz.I thought at first he was just being nice. But then after the third inappropriate question about my physical looks I started feeling very uncomfortable. I made mention to him about his comments. And he just smart and thought it was funny. So when ...I left I did a little research and ot turns out he has many suspensions and has a history of dating clients. I think he may have gotten a client pregnant. So last thing a woman needs is to be hit on and made to feel like a piece of meat. He is probably great to represent a male, as he has zero respect for women.

Top notch attorney

Everyone, especially women being bullied and gaslighted by their ex, should have Matt representing them. Matt’s ability to work on a Friday for a high conflict trial on Monday is nothing less than mind blowing. I highly recommend using Matt.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Matt's current AVVO rating is not indicative of his excellence inside and outside of the courtroom. Nor does it reflect his dedication to his clients and his ability to take on tough cases that other attorneys have passed on and then receive favorable results. Matt's 20+ client reviews speak for themselves. I have opposed Matt in several cases and each time he has left no stone unturned, meticulously attended to every detail and presented his case with the talent and skill that most other lawyers wish they had."
