My name is RB, I was hit with a VERY expensive unexpected divorce after 18 yrs. I was very successful and self employed. My Ex wife literally played it perfect according to the book "Divorce is war", and planned it for over a year, she even used an attorney that was my friend just to make it even m...ore difficult. At one point she even told me to just sign over everything to her now to save time. She thought she had me lock stock and bank account. She wanted 15k a month plus the kids, dogs, horses, cars, house and everything else frankly. I was scared to death and completely unprepared. The judge was also female and seemed to be very sympathetic to the BS my wife was saying. After using an attorney I had just found in the yellow pages, I had my hat handed to me legally during the preliminaries, basically I was getting killed legally. It didn't look good at all and I was not happy. Fortunately I had a friend recommend Matt Schultz, (he had used him and was very very happy with his results). Well let me tell you, the sky parted and the sun started shining on me BIG TIME, it shined on me from that day forward, if you need a "GUARDIAN ANGEL/BODY GUARD, MATT IS THE GUY. I had no idea but I had hired a personal "Court Room Hit Man'. Not only was he in constant contact with me, he was literally 911 at even the slightest incident. To make a long story short, he countered every move they (my Ex and her atty) made with style and legal knowledge and CRUSHED them at every turn. They didn't know what hit them, Needless to say, she DID NOT get the 15k a month plus the kids etc that she had demanded. SHE GOT 391 dollars a month, that is correct, I pay the minimum required by law. My friends cant believe it, I should have known we had them,when as my ex was returning to her seat in court after testifying, she call Matt an F*#$ Punk, I loved it, my friends and family loved it, IT WAS AWESOME. Needless to say, I cannot recommend any one more profusely than I am right now. You dont want a boy scout, you want a PIT BULL and Matt Schultz is a PIT BULL on steroids.

What began as a straight-forward child support case, turned into a child custody fiasco. Not only was Matthew highly prepared for each step, his in-depth knowledge of Arizona Family Law prepositioned my case for a just and desired judgement. Matthew was consistently available to answer all of my que...stions and concerns. His passion and commitment to the law are paramount and equal to that of his care for his clients. Matthew was incredibly focussed on my behalf during this extremely emotionally charged issue.

I personally recommend Matt. If anyone or anyone you may know is dealing with a contentious situation and needs help. Seriously this is your guy. I was in the best of hands in what I was being put through....I rarely go out of my way to recommend a service or a person but I am so confident in his abi...lity given what I witnessed that I feel compelled to give his name to anyone that may find them self in a situation out of their control....I am blessed to have come in contact with him.

Matt did an excellent job of representing me in my recent divorce. In addition to his excellent performance in the competencies identified above he is a no non-sense attorney. I felt like he was able to address the critical issues keeping his billing to a minimum. I have heard many stories of othe...r attorneys seemingly taking more bureaucratic approaches thereby racking up unnecessary attorneys fees. Not the case with Matt. I would recommend Matt to anyone in need of representation in the family law area in a heartbeat.

Matt has been amazing in a very difficult time. He has aggressively advocated for me and my children. His concern for my son with Autism has surpassed my expectations. He is more than reasonable in terms of billing... but most importantly he is great at what he does and truly cares about the best ...interest of his clients.
