I had very hard time with my green card no buddy were Except my case bcz nobuddy know how to Handle my case some one gave me his number he got my green card in one year and every time when I was sad he always Support me he always told me don’t worry I will go with u and the end and he Enterduce me ... with his friend she help me too take my paper work to court and win the case he gave me a good Advice I will never forgot him he is a very good person I will always pray for him

I've tried calling three times now. The first time I tried scheduling an appointment , the receptionist told me she's not able to book appointments for This lawyer because she doesn't know his schedule ... What? So what exactly does a receptionist do then if not to book future appointments ? S...he told me the lawyer would call me himself when he was available to book me in. I never got a call. I've tried calling two other times now only for the phone to ring with no answer. If this is how they handle new clients , makes me wonder how they handle current existing clients. It's a shame because they were referred to me by a friend.

Back in 2006 I was looking for a lawyer that might know something about section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and how to wave the two years requirement to return home for a J-1 Visa holder and a friend of mine highly recommended Mr Farrokh Parsi as being the one that handled his wife ...case regarding the marriage with a US citizen and for the positive outcome of their case. While the outcome in my friend case was positive that didn't happen to me, actually quite the oposite. Mr Parsi suppose to look in to my case and get back to me as soon as possible since the time was critical for me. He never did it and I had to call him many times and remind him about my problem. After 6 months of not knowing/willing what to do he finally refereed me to a lady (also a lawyer) that only need it 10 seconds to give me the right answer, over the phone. One more week and my case would be lost for good. I had to spend extra money to expedite my problem and I barely made it to the deadline. While for others Mr Farrokh Parsi was a real help for me was nothing but troubles and I lost a lot of (very important) time.
