Farrokh Parsi

Back in 2006 I was looking for a lawyer that might know something about section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and how to wave the two years requirement to return home for a J-1 Visa holder and a friend of mine highly recommended Mr Farrokh Parsi as being the one that handled his wife ...case regarding the marriage with a US citizen and for the positive outcome of their case. While the outcome in my friend case was positive that didn't happen to me, actually quite the oposite.
