Back in 2006 I was looking for a lawyer that might know something about section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and how to wave the two years requirement to return home for a J-1 Visa holder and a friend of mine highly recommended Mr Farrokh Parsi as being the one that handled his wife ...case regarding the marriage with a US citizen and for the positive outcome of their case. While the outcome in my friend case was positive that didn't happen to me, actually quite the oposite. Mr Parsi suppose to look in to my case and get back to me as soon as possible since the time was critical for me. He never did it and I had to call him many times and remind him about my problem. After 6 months of not knowing/willing what to do he finally refereed me to a lady (also a lawyer) that only need it 10 seconds to give me the right answer, over the phone. One more week and my case would be lost for good. I had to spend extra money to expedite my problem and I barely made it to the deadline.
