Good for others, not so good for me.

Back in 2006 I was looking for a lawyer that might know something about section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and how to wave the two years requirement to return home for a J-1 Visa holder and a friend of mine highly recommended Mr Farrokh Parsi as being the one that handled his wife ...case regarding the marriage with a US citizen and for the positive outcome of their case. While the outcome in my friend case was positive that didn't happen to me, actually quite the oposite. Mr Parsi suppose to look in to my case and get back to me as soon as possible since the time was critical for me. He never did it and I had to call him many times and remind him about my problem. After 6 months of not knowing/willing what to do he finally refereed me to a lady (also a lawyer) that only need it 10 seconds to give me the right answer, over the phone. One more week and my case would be lost for good. I had to spend extra money to expedite my problem and I barely made it to the deadline. While for others Mr Farrokh Parsi was a real help for me was nothing but troubles and I lost a lot of (very important) time.

I do not recall a client with 212(e) waiver whom I have not helped successfully. The writer who does not disclose his or her name is unfairly accusing me of being "nothing but trouble ". It should be noted that the writer acknowledges that "for others Mr. Farrokh Parsi was a real help". The process of obtaining a 212(e) waiver requires client's cooperation in obtaining the required documents from his or her Government authorities, including the Embassy in the U.S. The writer appears to blame his or her own failure to obtain those pre-requisite documents on me. This is the only complaint I have had during the past 22 years of Immigration Practice in Arizona or for that matter during the past 30 years of practicing law in New York and Arizona.

Mr. Parsi's Persistence & Dedication is Un-Matched!!!!

I could not be happier with the services that I received from the Law Offices of Farrokh Parsi. Mr. Parsi accepted my Permanent Residency Case in March 2011. He came highly recommended by a friend who recently hired the firm to represent her husband’s application for Permanent Residency. From t...he time my husband and I had met with Mr. Parsi, fellow family members had also seeked his services to file Permanent Residency. My husband and I had followed all the necessary steps in submitting the proper paperwork and documentation, then attended our interview. The local field office had decided against my petition and suggested denial. Mr. Parsi remained positive during this devastating time. He re-assured my husband and I that this was not final and advised us of our options. Once my family believed the only option was to appeal the local field office’s decision, Mr. Parsi and his team started working diligently to ensure that my case would be over-turned. Many hours turned into many months of hard work and dedication from the Law Office. During this time, Mr. Parsi remained optimistic and always kept me informed with the information he had received. An appeal was submitted to the BIA and they, in turn, agreed with the brief that Mr. Parsi had submitted. After a year and a half of the appeal process, I was finally approved for my Green Card in April 2013. I cannot express enough, my gratitude to Mr. Parsi and his law firm. It was their hard work and commitment to my family, which allowed me to stay in the country I have called home for 27 years. My case, by far, was not an easy one. However, Mr. Parsi’s perseverance shined and for that, I am forever grateful
