Born in New York City, educated at the Bronx High School of Science,  the University of Arizona, and University of Arizona Law School, admitted to practice in Iowa and Arizona

Paul is a certified member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum.  Paul was born in New York City and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1976, and the University Of Arizona College of Law in 1979. Paul received a Reginald Heber Smith Fellowship and worked as an attorney for Iowa Legal Services and Southern Arizona Legal Aid. Since 1983, Paul has dedicated his practice to representing personal injury victims.
