Born in New York City, educated at the Bronx High School of Science, the University of Arizona, and University of Arizona Law School, admitted to practice in Iowa and Arizona
Paul Englander is committed to representing clients who have been injured or lost a loved one as a result of someone else’s negligence or misconduct. Paul has over thirty years of experience as a trial attorney. He has been a State Bar of Arizona Certified Specialist in Personal Injury & Wrongful Death since 1991. Only one percent of Arizona attorneys are certified as personal injury specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. Paul is a certified member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum. Paul was born in New York City and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1976, and the University Of Arizona College of Law in 1979. Paul received a Reginald Heber Smith Fellowship and worked as an attorney for Iowa Legal Services and Southern Arizona Legal Aid. Since 1983, Paul has dedicated his practice to representing personal injury victims. Paul is a sustaining member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) (President, Phoenix ABOTA Chapter, 2016) Damages that victims may suffer include medical bills, lost income, pain and suffering and serious physical and emotional injuries.
