Ryan Kenneth Hodges

Our experience with Ryan Hodges was in his capacity as a probate attorney.  My brother died suddenly shortly after arriving at our home in Florida. He did not have a will and his estate involved a former wife with medical concerns and shared property in Gilbert AZ.  We wanted to find a local AZ proba...te attorney that also had experience with eldercare. My husband used AVVO to identify and then interview several attorneys in the Phoenix area.  From the first conversation he was impressed with Ryan's responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, and patience with his many questions and concerns. I shared his opinion from my first contact with Ryan. This was my first experience as a Personal Representative and he led me through the process. Being remote was not an issue. He communicated effectively regardless of the medium. All paperwork and filings were done in an accurate and timely manner. This was a very stressful situation for us, complicated by COVID. Mr Hodges was my attorney for an estate where I was the trustee. I live out of state and was a total novice but Mr Hodges guided me every step of the way.
