Mr. White and I created this firm over 30 years ago, and he has been a dedicated and exceptional attorney in all the years I have known him. Richard has been a member of numerous foundations in elder law related groups and has been the source of education for medical facilities all across the state in helping them understand ALTCS and the benefits available to patients. I highly endorse this lawyer.
