My husband and I needed to review our estate documents after relocating from out of state. We engaged Jeff for the task after checking reviews and looking over his website. Working with him was easy, expeditious, and reasonably priced. He was friendly and focused, patient as we considered options, and most of all, his expertise was evident. He is available to meet face-to-face in his office, via phone, or via video conference. For signing documents, of course, one must meet in person. There may be times he may be unavailable to get back with you due to his military duties, however, he is good at letting you know this ahead of time. Setting up an appointment is very easy online. Once you set you’re appointment you will email him to let him know in-person or online (like a telehealth appointment, only it’s with a lawyer not your doctor). My daughter arrived in town and reviewed the documents with me and we jotted down our questions so she knew what each element in my documents meant and how it will apply when the time comes to implement any of the documents. Jeff prepared for us Will, durable power of attorney and a document to set up a Trust, and a few other supporting documents that completed my estate planning package. Jeff was very patient and explained each answer in clear in comprehensible words that I understood. My wife recently passed away and need a new will drawn up and went Jeffrey for. He did a though job gave all the documents I need in hard copy. I also wanted to electronic and he had it scanned and now have it digitally also. He has several office but was able to meet with me at the one only a couple of miles away/ Jeffrey Hall did a awesome job for me. I recommend him highly.

We highly recommend Jeffrey P. Hall, PLLC, Attorney at Law. He helped us prepare a trust and the associated legal documents. Jeff was extremely helpful in figuring out whether a trust best suited our situation with our estate, and explained options and the required actions clearly and in layman’s terms. Prior to working with Mr. Hall, we expected a lawyer to charge a base fee and then if we had questions or required more time, extra costs would be added. That was not the case. Jeff met with us for a free consultation, where we asked him quite a few questions and he gave us general information and things to consider. Since we decided to work with him, he charged a reasonable flat fee that included document preparation, responding to emailed questions, a follow-up meeting again in-person for clarifications of the documents, and additional information pertinent to us, with no additional fees. He offers in-person or virtual meetings. We were surprised how efficient and painless his process was.
