Our experience with Jackson White Law and our attorney Ryan Hodges was excellent. The entire process of our late father's probate was well explained and seamless. We feel that all our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and the staff were very courteous. The cost was quite reason...able, and we were kept up to date during the entire process. Ryan always answered emails and when a call was made to him if on the rare occasion, he was not available the call was returned promptly. Very professional and highly recommended.

When my wife died everything was set up to transfer without going through probate. However, one account at one financial institution (I'll keep them anonymous) refused to transfer assets properly which required going through probate. The probate was relatively simple since only a single account was... involved. Ryan Hodges and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They get a thumbs up. Now I need to see if the review I left for the unnamed financial institution is still posted.
