DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!!!

IF I could give ZERO stars then I would. *** DO NOT GO WITH HIM, HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED AS YOUR CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY, SEEK OTHER REPRESENTATION!!!! *** I was represented by this man and during our case IN COURT IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE he is texting someone who is telling him how they just g...ot out of the shower. He was disgustingly misfocused. He reviewed my case THE MORNING OF. He was so eager to just get a plea deal he didn't even converse with the judge about the circumstances of my case. It is SUCH a life changing decision going to court for a criminal charge, there are SO MANY FACTORS now in retrospect that I am learning on my own working in the legal field and recovering from the mental and emotional trauma that comes along with healing and moving your life forward after a criminal charge that he, as a trained lawyer did not perform his due diligence and totally neglected. This man is absolutely ridiculous in his nerve, I could go on further but I'd rather just save you time and money by giving you my word and solid recommendation *** DO NOT GO WITH HIM, HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED AS YOUR CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY, SEEK OTHER REPRESENTATION!!!! ***

I do not believe this review is legitimate or factual. Nor do I believe this is even a client of mine. I pride myself on giving each and every client of mine complete focus and attention. Some of the allegations in this review are just not possible. For example, phone usage is not allowed in the courtroom. This means that there is no way that I had a phone out while in court during a hearing or else I would have been reprimanded by the judge or bailiff. I would hate to think a competitor would try to hurt me with such a malicious review, but I believe this is the case here.

Was facing yearS in DOC

Was facing yearS in prison but due to John's expertise he was able to get the state of Arizona to dismiss ALL charges completely.
