Tad A Davis

I see Tad deactivated his Facebook page to hide all scathing reviews made against him as well as disabled his Google reviews. He's up for review soon with the AZ state bar and it's ridiculous they're still letting him defend himself in court when he conned many of his clients out of millions of dolla...rs. I hope they throw the book at him.

I do not know how this lawyer is maintaining positive reviews even after disbarment, as he probably hires bots for the positive ones hes recieved. Tad Davis was recently disbarred for ignoring his clients. Myself included, he dragged my case out way past the statuate of limitations. I would like to p...ursue a group lawsuit where anyone whose case got dropped take Mr Davis to court and make him refund money for any unearned legal fees. I feel like tad is a very nice guy he comes off sweet but as an attorney he was horrible took my deposit and did no work made false promises and lied I basically did most of the work myself I lost a year of time with my children I cannot get back he complicated my case in a bad way my new attorney ha...s done more in half the time tad did and his paralegal Ashley was extremely unprofessional bragged about cps involvement and having five baby daddy’s as well as being paid under the table completely blindsided by this and heartbroken

I hired Tad Davis in September 2022 for my divorce process. I gave him $3500 and I was told it should take about 90 days to complete final paperwork. Mr. Davis had many excuses for why he did not respond to my emails or text messages such excuse was there was a tire problem on his plane, another sai...d his children were sick or he was at their soccer game. I received an email from his assistant that they paused my proceedings with the court without discussing why. I contacted his assistant and let her know that my ex had left the state without me, knowing during the divorce process. I received no response. I continue to try and reach the office of Mr. Davis multiple times a week via text as well as email and have no response still. I heard the rumor that Mr. Davis was sick so he was not responding to my multiple attempts to contact. It is now January 2024. I have not been able to get one word back from Mr. Davis or his staff in 4 months!! The voicemail box to his assistant is full and not taking messages as well as calling the office number only go straight to voicemail . I have contacted the bar association due to the lack of professionalism and dishonesty with regards to paperwork, he did not file with the court, that he said he did. In the one and only time since 2022 we actually met with a judge, her honor asked Mr. Davis, where the paperwork he had said he filed was his response was as to what date he submit the paperwork he answered, and I quote,” a couple days ago“ unable to give any specific date or time because it was never filed. The excuse of him not responding due to an illness whether it be him or his children is ridiculous! This man lies does not return phone calls or email messages. He will take your money and then go MIA.

He deserves 0 stars. Took my money and didn’t nothing for my case. Stay far away from this man. Does not respond to messages once he has your money. His paralegal is the only person who slightly responded and that was like pulling teeth. I’ve asked for my final bill and a refund of the remaining and ...he won’t return calls or texts or email. My case was filed in June and was put on the inactive calendar because he did nothing!!! Don’t use him!
