John went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we needed to be, kept us up to date on new issues arising as it happened and always returned our phone calls or had his staff do so if he was not available and his staff was very personable and professional. If you're looking for a firm that treats its clients with the utmost respect and care and worked very hard to make sure that we had winning results. Even though John is well known and respected as a trial attorney he was able to settle the case a lot sooner in mediation with the insurance company with a very satisfying outcome. I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THE PARTNERS ABOUT HER BEHAVIOR , SINCE I WAS ON MY OFFICE LINE IT IS RECORDED, I OFFERED TO SEND OVER THE AUDIO AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID BOTH PARTNERS DECLINED, SHE ALSO HUNG UP ON ME TWICE BY THE WAY, WHICH TELLS YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS FIRM! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR MONEY AND MOVING ON TO THE NEXT CASE. I WAS NOT UPSET THEY DIDNT TAKE MY CASE, AS I JUST STARTED LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY TODAY, SO MY LIST OF PROSPECTS IS LONG, IT WAS JUST INCONCEIVABLE THAT YOU COULD CALL A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND BE SPOKEN TO AND TREATED LIKE THAT, BY THE ENTIRE STAFF AND NOT BE ABLE TO MUSTER AT LEAST ONE LEVEL HEADED ADULT THAT WAS WILLING TO BE PROFESSIONAL. YOU CAN FIND BETTER FIRMS, AVOID THIS FIRM !
