“This incident concerned a client whose boyfriend went on a social media campaign against me. The client was upset because her father's estate was insolvent, and she (or her boyfriend) wanted money from someone. So she forced me to give up much of my legal fees in exchange for taking down the social media comments. The discipline concerned my contacting the Better Business Bureau and mentioning one piece of information about my client. That information was never made public.”
