We found Patti Shelton to be both knowledgeable and compassionate in what was a very difficult situation. She was available via phone or at her office anytime we had questions. She was exceptionally patient with the older members of my family and did everything she could to keep our bill as low as ...possible recongnizing that we are not an affluent family. We had the opportunity to meeting other lawyers at the firm along with several members of their staff. We found them to be helpful and easy to work with. I would retain Patti Shelton or any member of Cooley & Robbins in the future.

We found Patti to be knowledgeable regarding the AZ probate law and eager to assist us in our legal matter. But as soon as you sign-on you are handed over to a legal assistant who does the majority of the paper work, etc. and Patti is no longer involved. Her support staff gave the impression that the...y were eager to find - and quick to bill the time - for additional work. In addition, it appeared that the assistants overstated how long it takes to do routine tasks (e.g., 20 minutes to mail a letter, 40 minutes to copy a few pages, and other ways to find additional busy work to bill, etc.). One could say that these charges are excessive in the least. I can not find myself recommending anyone from this legal firm ( Cooley & Robbins, L.L.C.) due to what I see is a low "quality for the price" performance.
