A true legal asset

My firm has worked with Brian Burt at Snell & Wilmer for the past 3 years now and we value him as an important part of our team. It began with an initial hour long consultation to help us deal with a single issue and has grown into a long-term relationship since them. Brian has helped us prepar...e operating agreements, customer contracts, job descriptions, contractor agreements, and worked with our accountant. We always find Brian's advice to be well considered, thoughtful, and useful for making decisions. We plan to work with Brian Burt for a very long time and we recommend him to any business owner that is serious about getting legal affairs settled right the first time. And on one last point, while we recognize that we aren't Brian's only client (and certainly in no way his biggest), one of the things we value most is that when we work with him on an issue, we always feel like we are his biggest and best client. It's a testament to how responsive and effective he is at managing the relationship with us.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. Brian is very detail-oriented while also being able to see the big picture. He has assisted me in my own contract negotiations and disputes. One of these involved a complex international business sale that required consulting with Italian attorneys and accountants. He is very accessible and easy to deal with."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
