I could not be more grateful for the work that Mr. Goldfarb has done for me. After being with my first attorney, and realizing it was not working, Mr. Goldfarb took over my case. He did more for me and my children in three months than my first attorney did in a year! I had completely lost confidence ...that my first attorney had my best interest. I initially took the time to interview several attorney's prior to hiring one. My divorce was not going to be easy, as most aren't, but I was looking for something specific. Something that would indicate to me that the attorney I chose was going to be aggressive, firm, and willing to get the job done... effectively. David Goldfarb fit the bill perfectly, and I was glad I waited, and didn't hire the first attorney I met. As with most divorces, it becomes a battle of wits and assertive action. David stayed on task, did not judge your past or your decisions, but made sure he was in your court and worked hard to provide the best legal information to make an informed decision. With his Paralegal Carolynn, this team has the power to change lives, and persevere. It is not to say that the divorce was not painless, but all of my options, and possible courses of action were laid out. For me, I wanted to complete the divorce and move on with my life, and David made that happen as quickly as the courts would allow. Following the successful second divorce, I had to hire David again to close out child support for my emancipated children from a previous first divorce. My ex-wife did not believe I had paid enough and claimed that my child support was in arrears. David and Carolynn proved that what the ex wife was claiming as legitimate expenses were in fact, inaccurate, and not part of my child support. That, along with over $5,000 dollars in attorney's fees my ex wife was trying to make me pay for, were all disputed by David and were rejected by the courts. Overall, David saved me in excess of $8,000 dollars. It pays to have a competent attorney, and I would recommend David Goldfarb and his team to anyone who knows that a divorce is imminent, or is having child support issues; they are up to the task.

Attorney David Goldfarb is the BEST Attorney you will find! He saved my baby and family-literally. David represented me in a horrible child custody battle of 2 years. When I knew things were not right and I was being falsely accused I had to keep looking for an Attorney who would understand and belie...ve in me. David is that person. David knows the law and the system as well as anyone, but is severely hindered by his inability to meet court deadlines and respond to inquiries from this clients in a timely manner. In our experience David was great when he was in the courtroom, but there were too many issues outside of it to kee...p him as our attorney. He missed court deadlines for filing paperwork, blamed his paralegal for not knowing about a hearing date, and admittedly had suspicious billing that he eventually deducted from out balance. His excuse for why this was ok: "I gave you 30% off." We never asked for a discount, he offered it. And then when he made mistakes, he used the discount as an excuse. The biggest issue was when he missed the deadline to file the pretrial statement in our child support trial, yet still billed us almost $1,000 for drafting and submitting it (Post-Deadline). He's a great attorney and very knowledgeable, but his lack of attention to detail, court dates and deadlines, and refusal to communicate with us made us end our relationship with him.
