Claudia Lucia Pernudi

I regret every cent and second spent dealing with Claudia as my legal representation. She took my retainer fee and went on to do the bare-minimum of filing some paperwork with the court. She did not work my case, she barely communicated or responded to me most of the time, made me send a ridiculous... amount of emails, texts, and calls to get any type of response out of her. After weeks, sometimes over a month, I would be forced to try following-up again to ask about the updates and particulars about my case. After avoiding me for weeks at a time, I get nothing but excuses, her missing appointments and meetings and document deadlines with no reasonable answer as to why. The entire time while I'm fighting this custody battle for my daughter... i have her lack of communication, feeding me false hope, finance siphoning, and her wanna-be Instagram influencer posts on "how to be a good lawyer" or "how to get through a custody battle" while she's ignoring me and my situation. I now have been forced to retain a new lawyer and was informed as to how objectively terrible her method and performance was. I was at risk of my case being dismissed, and all the work I've done thus far being destroyed due to a document filing deadline that she/we/I almost missed due to the lack of communication from Claudia. She made my already pretty terrible situation much worse. Lesson Learned. ANY MEN SUFFERING FROM A CUSTODY BATTLE OR FALSE DV ALLEGATIONS..... THIS IS NOT THE LAWYER FOR A SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME.
