She advocates for her clients against small local companies and Fortune 500 companies at the EEOC, DOL, and in Federal and State Court.
Ms. Robinson is certified as a Senior Human Resource Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). This education provides her with insight into employers’ HR infrastructure, risk management, diversity and inclusivity agendas, the creation and implementation of policies, and talent management.

Started out good, but at the Crucial time, she failed me at negotiating 100%.
I never settle a case without fully discussing the offer and the strengths/weaknesses of the claim with the client so that they can make an informed decision on whether to accept the offer. I wish you would have expressed your concerns at the time we were negotiating. I am available if you would like to talk further about your settlement and the value of your claim.
