FINRA Related Matter

At a moment’s notice, Robert helped me with a legal matter and provided exceptional guidance throughout the process. Robert was extremely responsive and thorough in his communication with me. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone in need of legal assistance. Thank you Robert!

Excellent communicator

I’ve used Robert Mitchell of Tiffany & Bosco to handle a critical non-criminal, legal matter for me. I was very pleased with his diligence, knowledge of the law, and hard work on my behalf. I was especially happy with communications. Roberts assigned his legal assistant who was excellent and ...who handled all documentation. In addition, Robert was always personally available to me for discussion and crafting of court documents. I was never handed off to a junior attorney or second-stringer legal assistant. While legal outcomes cannot be forecast, I was happy with what Robert achieved for me. Robert is an excellent litigator with a very good knowledge of court procedures and requirements. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a quality trial lawyer.

Top Rate Attorney

Robert Mitchell has handled various legal matters for us over the last few years and we couldn't be more pleased with our selection. His knowledge and research skills are excellent. He is a brilliant strategist that gives you every advantage should a hearing be necessary. His courtroom presence is... second to none. His verbal skills are very impressive, and with his laptop by his side he is ready to present a very professional and powerful argument to win your case or, if necessary, refute any false or misleading testimony given by the other side. We greatly value his counsel and call on him when needed. In addition to being our attorney, we are pleased to say that over the last few years we have made a new friend.

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
