I have had the pleasure of retaining Mr. Robert Mitchell, an attorney at Tiffany and Bosco, P.A. for a very complicated and challenging legal issue. i do not have enough room to commend Robert and Sarah on their representation of me in a very complex and vicious series securities fraud allegations, being made by my former wife's family on a past business dealing. In the face of opposing counsels fluid facts, dubious positions, and discovery mis...conduct, Robert was always the gold standard for professionalism, a command of the facts and law; and I felt very fortunate that he was representing me. I only hired Robert and Sarah after having been failed by previous counsel in an evidentiary hearing earlier in the matter, and despite the incredible uphill battle, I prevailed in not allowing my former inlaws to attack me any longer. Robert and Sarah are an incredibly smart team with integrity that is very difficult to come by; they have given myself, my son, and my new partner in life our freedom back.

Robert, Megan & All Staff, Last night, I was flipping burgers for all of my kids as we watched the Giants win the World Series, and I wouldn't have been able to be here without you guys and all that you've done for me over the last years' time. Regardless of the outcome (I would be shocked afte...r watching Robert dominate the opposing counsel from the start), what you've done for me goes far beyond the case itself. Seeing the Luna's crossed up on the stand, having to admit that they never honored any of the requests we repeatedly made, and ultimately looking like pompous, unprepared fools was truly special. Watching opposing counsel's eyes twitch back and forth every time Robert made a major point and fidget nervously in his chair was high entertainment. I told my brother who knows everything about the case that the person that Robert reminded me of the most was "The Wolf" who Harvey Keitel portrayed in Pulp Fiction. If you recall, when things went really sideways, it was "The Wolf" who was called to step in, and as soon as he arrived, everybody, and everything was cool. I know having Robert in my corner in the Arbitration room made me feel a sense of calm with the case that I hadn't experienced before. He was every bit the incredible attorney that my colleague had told me about when I first asked for a referral last year. Thank you to all of you for every bit of hard work that went into the case. The staff from top to bottom was so courteous, so professional, and so on "it" from the start that I will refer anybody that ever finds themselves in a jam in the securities & banking industry. You are all the best, and it was so great to have my day in court, watch Robert open, cross, and close so masterfully, and then watch my SF Giants win their 3rd title surrounded by my family.
