Truly an Outstanding Communicator!

I'm honored that Marlene has been my arbitration attorney for nearly the past six years. Marlene sets the bar for other attorneys to follow. She's an excellent communicator, for one. She's handled my late mother's estate with great care and respect. I appreciate that she has worked so hard to br...ing my mother's probate to conclusion. I couldn't have asked for a better representative of my mother. Thank you, Marlene.

Lovely lady and wonderful laywer

Its hard to find a lawyer nowadays with a heart - Mrs Appel has a very big one and will treatt you as a person and not just a 'case'. I am so very gratefull to her for helping with an inheritance problem when my husband passed away. She has always been so helpful and friendly. I would thoroughly reco...mmend her to anybody. Very professional. Thankyou Marlene!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
