Would not go back...

I wound up doing most (if not all the legwork in my case), she continuously told me that I was not going to be able to get from my ex what I was asking for (even though I had vast evidence against him with regard to him sexually assaulting me and abusing me). She had zero compassion and was at times... even rude on the phone, (not what one would expect from someone they are paying thousands for what amounts to a few hours of her time). My divorce papers were not even written up properly when she wanted me to sign them. I wound up getting what I asked for in the divorce. The only really helpful thing she did was the speaking during the hearing.

not in it for the long term

Carissa was very good during the trial got me custody of my children. She worked with us on prep so we didn't get hammered with charges. However once she has been paid forget it.. we had a problem with a deferral payment at the courthouse (9 months after the case) which the mother is suposed to pay a...nd after 2 months of trying to reach her I still haven't been able to. So unfortunatley had to take care of it on my own without an attorneys help or advice.

I'd recommend Carissa

Carissa has provided services to our family several times over the last six years. She is very strong in planning, negotiating, and thinking ahead. She's consistently kept us informed each step of the way, and has achieved desired results.

The Right Attorney

Carissa is the only attorney I would hire, if I had a child support case that involved two states, or you were having a problem getting Arizona State to respond to your requests for information. She has been representing me for two years to resolve my case and she didn't give up even though Arizona S...tate wouldn't respond. We were in court a couple of days ago and she presented my case in a very professional and straight forward manner. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. She is very good at keeping me informed, and up to date on my case. I always know where we are and where we are going with it. Great attorney!!!
