I hired Craig Gillespie to represent my son when he violated his probation for being arrested for shop lifting and had drugs and drug paraphernalia in his possession. Craig was very respectful and worked to get my son the help he needed. The outcome helped my son to make a decision in how he wanted h...is future to be different and was given the sentence to help him achieve future success. We were always updated in a timely manner of court appearances, and even when two were scheduled at the same time in different locations, Craig handled it. He is an ethical, efficient, kind and compassionate person. I highly recommend him and his firm when you are needing assistance.

Craig is extremely knowledgable on both the law and the system (judges, prosecutors, personalities, procedures, etc.). We were involved in what should have been a minor criminal matter that the prosecutor wanted to charge at an outrageous level. While it took some time, Craig was able to successful...ly manoeuvre the case through the courts, present a complete and balanced picture of what occurred and achieve a result that was far more reasonable and just. A family member was charged with excessive speeding, reckless driving, and a DUI. I called Mr. Gillespie and left voice mail. Mr. Gillespie called back in the early evening and although he was going to meet with another client, he took the time to explain, in detail, the process of what he would do, ...how the court system worked, and what the possible outcomes could be. He was so kind and helpful. Mr. Gillespie was very thorough meeting with the defense attorney and the police officer, reviewing the police cameras, etc. and was able to get the DUI and reckless driving charges thrown out. The family member left court with Mr. Gillespie with time served (the night of the police arrest) as the outcome. I believe Mr. Gillespie provided the very best legal advice and is extremely competent in his field. I would recommend him to anyone.. so thankful to have found him.
