Born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. Former Prosecuting Attorney for approximetly 5 years. Founding member of The Gillespie Law Firm in 1999. I am Board Certified as a Criminal Law Specialist through the State Bar of Arizona. I am frequently asked to speak/lecture to other lawyers at continuing legal education seminars in Arizona on DUI and Criminal Defense topics. I have been interviewed numerous times by the local media regarding my cases as well as other high profile cases in Arizona and other States. We also handle serious injury and wrongful death cases and have recovered millions of dollars for our clients and or their surviving family members.
