In 2013 I was charged with a felony domestic violence offense. The charge I felt was unwarranted and I wanted to fight to get it dismissed. I consulted with a few criminal defense attorneys before selecting Craig to represent me. Most of the lawyers told me it would be unlikely to get the the case di...smissed but possible to plead to a lessor charge. However, I did not want a plead... I wanted a dismissal. Craig was one of the only lawyers willing to support me in this decision, knowing the difficulties and possible outcome. I selected him to represent me based his support, experience and affordability. Other lawyers wanted more money to take my case and did not want to fight for me as I felt Craig would. Craig's support along with his expertise in dealing with the courts and prosecutors handling got my case transfer to another court and reviewed by a new prosecutor which eventually allowed me to enter a diversion program. My participation in the diversion program got my case dismissed, instead of pleading guilty to a lessor offense. Ultimately a better outcome. I truly appreciate the assistance Craig and his office provided me, they kept me informed along the way and even after months of waiting for dismissal, they never forgot about me or my case. This type of personalized attention and care is hard to find. I would definitely recommend Craig to anyone is a similar situation and needing a lawyer on their side.

We were very pleased with the services of Mr. Gillespie. My husband was in a situation in which we thought it best to seek out the services of an attorney. Not having experience with criminal attorneys in the past, we had no one in mind and used Google to find an attorney and schedule a consult. W...e initially chose one of the larger firms in the valley where we were met by an attorney who scared us to death and then said he needed $25K to represent the case or my husband would go to jail for 25 years!
