My experience with Craig was miserable. Initially hired him for a pre charge legal representation. He was clueless what was going on. He didn't know I was arrested till I called him. I spoke to many attorneys about how he handled this. They all confirmed he failed and did not deserve what he c...harged. Once arrested, he was paid to retain him. He does not disclose ahead of time what he is actually charging for. So any phone call or email he will charge for. Ive tried to get my money back, he refuses. They knew thru practical experience how to approach the few members of the Judicial system who may have the ability to positively influence the outcome. There were not many avenues to go down but Craig and Dave took what they could get and were able to counsel our family in the best course of action for us. They knew which programs would provide the best results and have the least on going impact. It is a long process, our situation will be in the 30 month range for overall completion. The Gillespie Firm maintained good communications, much of the time there was nothing to communicate due to the Courts slow process, but they were available and provided good counsel.
