Andrew J Muirhead

I happened upon Mr Muirhead while researching how to file a disability claim. I had no idea where to begin. When I contacted him, he was very caring and assured me he would be willing to take my case. He was very good in explaining what to expect and what had to be done, and is very knowledgeable in ...this field. Both Mr Muirhead and Lisa, his assistant, addressed my concerns and kept me up to date on progress. I appreciate the hard work and dedication, along with the excellent expertise put in to settling my claim - resulting in a favorable decision! After three unsuccessful attempts of filing for disability benefits on my own, I was referred to Andrew Muirhead's firm by a family member. I met with Andrew and we discussed my case, and after meeting with him, I found him to be honest and very straitforward. Even though from the outside looking in,... my particular case seemed to be very difficult at best, he felt very confident that he could help me and so he agreed to represent me at my disability hearing. It took about two years before I was able to have my hearing. During that time I contacted Andrew several times having been frustrated with the length of the whole process and the financial hardship that it was causing to me and my family, he just kept on reassuring me which put my mind at ease because I knew that he had my back. When my hearing finally came Andrew met with me and answered all of my questions regarding the trial and what to expect. After going over all of the medical reports and  documentation, it was discovered that some crucial medical information was missing,  After locating it just minutes before I was to see the judge, Andrew was able to forwarded it to him. Had he not been so thorough this never would have been discovered and could have been very damaging to my case. During the hearing Andrew demonstrated why his reputation is what it is, he took command from his opening statements to his closing arguments and explained in great detail to the judge and to the Social Security representative why they must rule in my favor based on the evidence presented to them. He was very knowledgeable and very matter-of-fact in his statements to say the least. Because of Andrew's dedication and willingness to fight for those of us who have disabilities seen or unseen, my story has a happy ending in that the court ruled in my favor and I was awarded all of my disability payments going back to when I first filed on my own. i had met mr. Muirhead as someone had recomended him to me when i first applied to get my SSI, at the time i had no thought of getting a lawer, but i went anyway to see what he was all about... the cool thing about Andrew is that he has his own office and he is not in a big building with other attorn...ies. when i walked in i was greeted with a happy smile from the secretary, and the warm environment relaxed me... and Muirhead was just the same... he was confident in what he was telling me and he told me that he woud never take on a case that he thought he could not win. he knew what he was doing and without a doubt did just that. i had Andrew for over a year waiting for the final yes. he stayed with me all the way and helped me get to where i dont think i would have gone.. because with him i knew what to do and he made me feel confident that i can win this. he was always on top of things and got the job done without any hesitation.. even if the imfo that i had given him may not have been completely to what we where looking for... he listened .. and i loved the fact that he always took the time to listen... i was able to connect with him and we where able to wrk as one, for when in the begining i was not very sure about the whole thing, but i am glad i did. he was great, and i was never in the black of what was going on with my case. i was always informed. he told me what to do in such a way that i could understand and do just that... and now it is because of Andrew Muirhead that i have a life, and i dont worry about what i used to. he helped me get somewhere that i never would have done on my own... he understood. to me he is more then just a good person who does great at what they do, but someone i was able to put my life in his hands, and not once did he drop me or lose his grip, because he carried me all the way never stumbling or unsure but confident that he could get me to the other side... and that is what he did... thank you andrew for your amazing help and being a great friend along the way... i have something because of you.. i would recomend anyone to Andrew Muirhead, because i know his hands will not fail to take you to the other side..... he is great, and he will without fail take your challenge and not just step over it but leap... i owe all my thanks to andrew muirhead.

The gentleman was instrumental in me getting approved for my disability. Was on top of everything and kept me in the loop and was very patient with all my questions. Even when there was literally a last minute glitch, with his quick thinking he acquired the paperwork that was needed. At the actual he...aring he was quick and to the point and ran circles around the vocational rep that was there to attempt to stop me from getting my disability. Highly recommended.
