Biography
I received my undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from Boise State University, and graduated with Distinguished Honors. I attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, and graduated with Juris Doctorate in 2000. I was admitted to the Utah State and Federal Bar in 2000, to the Idaho State and Federal Bar in 2001, and most recently to the Nevada State and Federal Bar in 2005. I am a member of the Utah Trial Lawyers’ Association. I received an AV Rating with Martindale Hubble in 2011. I am currently serving on the MCLE Board.
I have been practicing as an attorney for nearly fourteen years, primarily in Salt Lake and Utah County. My areas of practice are civil litigation and family law, with emphasis in real estate, securities and commercial contracts, personal injury, estate planning, as well as divorce and custody cases.
