My experience with attorney Dale was extremely disappointing. He made multiple serious mistakes throughout my case that cost me both time and money. He failed to provide proper notice to the other party multiple times, and at one point allowed them 26 weeks to comply instead of the court-ordered 1...3 weeks. He also used incorrect or incomplete language in court filings, which caused me to lose out on a default judgment. When I hired a new attorney to take over, they discovered that Dale had failed to preserve the correct date for the court’s four-year lookback, which resulted in a financial loss of approximately $10,000–$13,000. Throughout the process, I had to closely monitor his work because of the repeated errors. When I raised concerns, he spoke to me dismissively, cut me off, and refused to take responsibility even when the mistakes were obvious. In my opinion, Dale’s lack of attention to detail, accountability, and professionalism caused significant harm to my case. I would strongly advise others not to hire him.
