I hired Dan McKay to help me with an issue at a very emotional time in my life, shortly after I lost my husband. He was very kind and understanding. He took control and made sure I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the legal process and all of my opti...ons. He made sure I knew everything, every step of the way. He always looked out for my best interests! His staff was always willing to help and was also very kind. I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Dan McKay!! He resolved my matter quickly and I couldn't have asked for any better outcome!

The consult with Mr. McKay was a waste of $150.00. I was referred by a friend on a custodial issue and that’s pretty much all we talked about was where my friend was employed and as to my employment seemed like he was more worried about getting paperwork filled out with all my info social security n...umber Ect. At one point he asked me if I had a picture of my daughter? That right there was a little awkward! The consult was pretty much telling me that we needed to do some investigating. Never gave me the chance to let him know or provide that all the investigating had already been done. Seemed as if he was just trying to get me out of his office to the next client. In my opinion he wasn’t interested in my case just my money tried calling the next day to ask a simple question and Daniel McKay wanted to charge me another $150 consult fee greedy. Never gave me any consult as to any options.

As you often hear Attorneys say, call us before you do anything else after being involved in an accident. I failed to heed their advise and got in over my head. I brought what I considered a convoluted case to Dan and his staff. They took it off my hands and ran with it. They kept in touch with ...updates and how the process would work. Needless to say I feel confident that I received a fair settlement after Dan worked with all parties involved. I am big on spending my money in the community where I live and this is what brought me to Daniel McKay's office in the first place. I would go out of my way to use his his firm after my experience. I highly recommend the office of Daniel W. McKay and Associates! I had an usual situation arise with my divorce. The office was able to help me figure out the problem, and guide me through the steps necessary to resolve the issue. Most importantly for me, they were always prompt, clear in their commu...nications, and friendly. Because the case involved my former husband's cooperation, some of the process was slowed. Mr. McKay and Associates were able to stay calm and help me stay calm. I felt very much at ease through a difficult situation, and I attribute that to their efficient work, their professional manner, and their positive demeanor. I was out of state, resolving a Utah issue, and the communication was always open and easy. I never had issues reaching their office or getting tasks accomplished. I appreciate their work very much!
