THE BEST LAWYER EVER

Kristy and her team have been so great throughout my whole divorce process. Kristy is fantastic to work with, she's got a strong, professional court presence, and bent over backwards to accommodate my (many) needs. An attorney is someone you have to trust and rely on and I felt, not just that I was i...n good hands for the roller coaster of my divorce, but that I was in the BEST hands. Never having gone through the process before, I had so many questions and concerns. My calls and emails were always returned. Any time I had a question, I could get a hold of Kristy or her team, and they did everything they could to help reassure and inform me. I knew I could trust their knowledge and extensive experience. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone going through any sort of family court matter. She knows her stuff and will make the best of your bad situations.

Visitation and Paternal Rights

I couldn't be happier with Kristy and her ability to provide knowledgeable counsel for my case. She secured more parent time and paternal rights than I could have hoped for. She cared for my case as if it were her own situation. I highly recommend her.

Total fail

I hate to write such a critical review, and it's not my hope to hurt Kristy's reputation but to simply advise prospective clients. Kristy had good reviews and came recommended to me. However, after my divorce (and the year and a half following) I have discovered that my decree and parenting plan ar...e extremely vague, were written incorrectly and is full of loop holes. I am suffering and paying for it now. I have basically gone back to court having to rehash so much; it's like I have had to pay for a complete divorce again. Make sure you take the time to read your decree, stand up for yourself, be as detailed and black and white as possible; if you want more custody, better time, etc. ask for it. Don't just sit back and let the mom have all the control. Had I known what I was truly signing I would have fought much harder. I just trusted Kristy knew the law and I trusted she had my back.
