I want to thank Emily for fighting for the future of my life on Dec 28th and 29th 2011, and never giving up considering the circumstances of my case. I love the fight in her and even though my case was a hard one to ever win, she gave The State Of Utah (weber county plaintiffs and Weber-Morgan County... Strike Force) a run for their money, and I never had a chance to fully thank her for her fight. I'm lucky to be walking a free man. She is a saint in a suit and cute heels. All in all I was facing 6 felonies, and fifteen misdemeanors. With four cases out of four different counties. I had hired a lawyer to help me with everything and he died. I then hired a TEAM of legal guys and they droppe...d me the day before court and kept my retainer. I ended up pleading guilty to TWO misdemeanors and informal probation and was allowed to move back to california...did I menchion she also go my car back in my civil case...ya she's THAT good.
