I'm lucky to be walking a free man. She is a saint in a suit and cute heels. All in all I was facing 6 felonies, and fifteen misdemeanors. With four cases out of four different counties. I had hired a lawyer to help me with everything and he died. I then hired a TEAM of legal guys and they droppe...d me the day before court and kept my retainer. She had no problem being knowledgable and could easily pick up this ball while it was rolling. It took her twenty minutes to do what FIVE other male lawyers couldn't do in a year! I was refered to her by my two other friends whom she also worked miracles for... She's smart, prompt, knowledgeable, and knows her stuff she is a no bull kinda woman and if you get the chance to work with her your a lucky person... I ended up pleading guilty to TWO misdemeanors and informal probation and was allowed to move back to california...did I menchion she also go my car back in my civil case...ya she's THAT good.

I got arrested I had 19 5-life charges and one 7-life charge all distribution and a criminal enterprise I was looking at a long time in prison Emily got me out of all of them I can honestly say she saved my life she always was there for all my courts always on time any time I had a question she alway...s got back to me asap email or phone call when i was in jail or to my wife with anything I needed she tells it like it is and she will fight for you until the end she had the prosecutor pulling out his hair she is the best she will work hard for you and make sure you are not getting screwed over I would recommend her to you or anyone you wont be disappointed with her by your side in court

always late to appointments, never returned calls i paid all upfront cash and went more with the prosecutor's wanted... no evidence.. no case and my loved one has been waiting for sentencing almost a year , did not look very interested in the case.... for the "crime" committed, THAT PUNISHMENT IS NO...T EVEN CLOSE TO FAIR, OR REASONABLE!!!! seemed unorganized i felt i should have been paid...

She was so bad. She was late to every single appointment, even court appointments. She really just wanted to take my money and tried to get me to do things that were not in my best interest so I would just keep paying her. I finally wised up and realized that she was just wanting me to fight with my... ex husband so she could make more money. She also never got back to me on phone calls and quesitons.
