She was so bad. She was late to every single appointment, even court appointments. She really just wanted to take my money and tried to get me to do things that were not in my best interest so I would just keep paying her. I finally wised up and realized that she was just wanting me to fight with my... ex husband so she could make more money. She also never got back to me on phone calls and quesitons.

I hired Ms. Swenson to do a personal injury case for me. I had previously gone to a firm in Salt Lake City and they told me I didn't have a case. Ms. Swenson was willing to investigate my claim and found that there was a homeowners insurance policy. She filed a lawsuit and I ended up getting over $14...5,000. I was very pleased with her performance and am certain I would've not received a dime without her. I would recommend this attorney to anyone.

What she failed to do was give my son good legal help in court. When it was over she would not return any phone calls. There was a few questions I wanted to ask her on why she didnt try to get him a good deal in court. She went with what the prosicuter wanted which was way to much for the crime calle...d for. I agree he should face the consquences for his actions but the punishment he got was out of control. She said that she would look into seeing about getting him permit to drive to and from work and work related things that was connected with his job. She did not even do that. I feel that she saw easy money and took advantage of that and did not really care about the case at hand. She did the same thing to someone I refered to her. I feel the services by her was not worth any of the money that was paid to her. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel she should return my money for the poor job she did. I intend to take futher action on this and hopefully she wont do this to anybody else. I would not recommend this attorney to anybody.

My son and I hired Emily in March of 2013 when he surrendered himself after being on the run for two years. He was looking at one year in jail, and Emily managed to get him 30 days and termination. I have referred many people to Emily Swenson, all of which have been more than pleased with her practic...e. I am vary familiar with the challenges in finding a good attorney, and it is almost impossible to find one who has the past experience's as she does. No regrets.

I had a federal drug case and was looking to serve 15 years of fed time and had 2 different attorneys before her. I waited 1 year in jail and was waiting for my attorneys to free me but even after waiting this long he said there was nothing he could do for me. I hired Emily and she filed something an...d got the warrant to search my house and car thrown out. The case against me was dismissed. I wish I would have hired her in the very beginning.
