Emily A. Swenson

Emily Swenson is an excellent attorney. she knows what phone calls to make, who to contact, and gets things done when she said she's going to. the court clerk made an error when sending information to the jail and she had it straightened out within a couple hours, she has always called me right back ...or email me to let me know exactly what's going on. I would recommend her to anybody.I am very grateful I hired her as an attorney.

always late to appointments, never returned calls i paid all upfront cash and went more with the prosecutor's wanted... no evidence.. no case and my loved one has been waiting for sentencing almost a year , did not look very interested in the case.... for the "crime" committed, THAT PUNISHMENT IS NO...T EVEN CLOSE TO FAIR, OR REASONABLE!!!! seemed unorganized i felt i should have been paid...

She was so bad. She was late to every single appointment, even court appointments. She really just wanted to take my money and tried to get me to do things that were not in my best interest so I would just keep paying her. I finally wised up and realized that she was just wanting me to fight with my... ex husband so she could make more money. She also never got back to me on phone calls and quesitons.
